Baster made this rather fetching ensemble with Femke Agema. I’d like to think that the fact that the dress makes a lot of noise when you jump was inspired by my favourite thing that Bas and Femke introduced me to this year: Studio Ghibli. In particular “My Neighbor Totoro” and the way Totoro jumps when he’s at the bus stop.
