Being exiled in Holland means I don’t get much of a chance to talk about cricket. Which is sad, as everyone (English) knows that it’s the best game in the world ever. So when I was thinking what to write about Walk The Line, it occurred to me that Walk the Line is a Johnny Cash song and the England cricket team had another of his songs, Ring of Fire, as their anthem during their amazing Ashes victory over Australia in 2005. Of which Freddy Flintoff was the star. And of which this was his finest hour.
